We ship to the UK, as well as Europe, Australia and New Zealand from this site. For customers in the USA or Canada, products sized for your location are available via Amazon, US. We can also post from the UK (see info below).
UK & Europe
We aim to get all 'in stock' items sent out within 1 working day.
UK Shipping charges are a flat fee of £3.75. Mode of delivery depends on the size of the parcel - we use Royal Mail Second Class for most items, but for bigger orders will use Yodel 48 hours service. If you need your order quickly, or if you have a preference for the carrier, let us know.
We charge £8.50 for European Deliveries.
Customers in Europe, please note, we use regular airmail service to all European countries, which is untracked. if you are concerned about the reliability of the postal service in your location, we may be able to sort out a tracked option for you. Just get in touch.
USA, Australia & New Zealand
We charge a flat fee of £15 to the USA, Australia and New Zealand. . Larger orders may be subject to additional taxes and import duty, which will be paid at your side (by you, sorry!) Our woollen duvets and pillows are not available for shipping outside the UK.
PLEASE NOTE, WE USE STANDARD (UNTRACKED AIRMAIL FOR ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK). We find the postal service to the US, Australia and New Zealand are very reliable, but sadly we cannot be responsible for any parcels that are lost (we've not had one yet). Regrettably it is not cost-effective for a small business such as ours to offer international courier services.
If you are not happy with your items, you may return them in 14 days for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Just make us aware of the return via email or phone before you send it. We recommend a tracked/ signed for service is used. We'll refund within 48 hours of receiving the return and keep you posted throughout the process.
